Return

• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition
• If your order is eligible for Return, you can place your request by sending an email on care@sumaiyaelegance.com. Request for Return should be placed within 3 days from the date of delivery.
• Please note that shipping amount are non-refundable.
• If your order is eligible for return you have to ship it back to us. We must receive the product within 30 days. If the product arrives after 30 days, we will not accept the return, and we will not be responsible for any losses.
• Please ensure the returned merchandise is unused and has the original packaging, price tag, and invoice.
• Sumaiya Elegance reserves the right to inspect a returned product.
• Please note that any defective product has to be brought to our attention within 24 hours of the delivery. In the event, the same is not followed, the request for the return is deemed to be rejected.
• Please note that custom orders are not eligible for returns.

Exchange

• We provide exchange in only size of the items ordered by you, but you are responsible for return and forward shipping costs and, In the event your size is not available, we will provide you gift card which you can use to purchase any of the products from our website, gift card will be valid for 6 months.
• Please note that If you want to exchange a product, you need to ship it back to us. We must receive the product within 30 days. If the product arrives after 30 days, we will not process the exchange, and we will not be responsible for any losses.
