Shipping Policy
- We customize the dress after the order is placed and ship within 3 to 4 working days after the payment is successful, depending on customization needed as per individual orders.
- Delivery Timeline For International Orders : It's take about 3-5 business days after production time.
- Custom Orders are not eligible for return & exchange.
- Cancellation, for cancellation you have to mail us on care@sumaiyaelegance.com within 24 hours after placing the order.
- Custom / Import Charges and Taxes will be paid by the buyer. Local / International tax both. Delay in destination country 'customs/import department' is not covered under late shipment. Delay by shipping company due to 'any reason' is not covered by Sumaiya Elegance as we have already fulfilled the order by completing the process of handing over the order to the shipping company.
- Express Shipping via DHL, FedEx, UPS, Aramex and Blue Dart so your item is safe & secured. Express shipping takes 4-5 business days for delivery from the date of shipping the parcel (and not date of purchase).
- Free Shipping, please note that we provide free shipping all over the world
- For Postal delivery, you need to contact custom-office or your nearest post-office.
- Tracking Number and Carrier name is provided immediately after the item is dispatched. Customer pays Local import taxes.
- Special Packaging absolutely free from us which is Tamperproof & Weatherproof safeguarding your item in these Pandemic times.
