We hope you will love everything you order from us, but if something isn’t quite right, you have 7 days from the delivery date to request a return/exchange. In case of returns, we offer a credit note valid for 6 months from the date of issue. As a company policy, we do not provide refunds on any product once sold.
For Returns:
Eligible returns will receive store credit valid for 6 months.
Return shipping costs will need to be covered by you.
Please ensure the product is unused, in its original packaging, with tags and the invoice.
Custom orders cannot be returned.
If there’s a defect, let us know within 3 days of delivery, and we’ll assist you right away.
For Exchanges:
Exchanges are available for size changes, based on stock availability.
If the size you need isn’t available, we’ll provide a gift card valid for 6 months.
Shipping costs for sending and receiving the item will need to be covered by you.
Custom orders cannot be exchanged.
